• It is kindly requested not to come in beach and pool costumes into the restaurants.
• Alcohol-containing drinks are not given and served to any persons under 18 years old of age. 
• All services, given after the closing time of the food and beverage units, shall be considered and charged within the scope of room service. For any products served by the room service, an extra service cost of 20% is being added onto the related product’s list price.
• Food and beverage available in the minibar in each rooms are chargeable. Price-list is available within the booklet kits in each rooms.

MEETING HALLS

• Our 2 meeting halls in different sizes are suitable for any kind of group meetings and organizations. The larger hall offers a capacity for 135 persons and the small hall for 80 persons (Hall capacities have been calculated in the form of theater order).
• Meeting organizations are being carried out on chargeable basis. 

SEASIDE

Yucelen Otel, located at zero-distance to sea, offers an ideal environment for families and their children to safely swim in a shallow sea and to spend pleasant times on a sandy beach directly in front of the hotel.
 
CREDIT-CARDS
Visa, Master cards, Euro cards, American Express cards, Debit cards and traveler checks are valid for payments.

EXPLANATIONS

• Check-in time to the hotel is 14:00 o’clock and later and check-out time from hotel is 12:00 or earlier.
• There has to at least one person of 18 years or older in every room. Kids younger than 18 years old can accommodate together with their parents.
• Guests, who will stay in our hotel, have to present their passports or ID cards at the check-in.
• Due to the laws in force, it is not allowed to smoke within the indoor premises of our hotel. Option of smoker rooms is also provided according to preference of our guests. 
• 2+1, 2+2 or 3+1 accommodations in rooms other than family rooms or some special rooms may cause congestion and the additional bed provided may not have the same comfort as our stationary beds.
• Morning breakfast for accommodations on bed and breakfast basis is served at the next morning following the check-in date and number of breakfasts served is same as the numbers of nights stayed in hotel.
• We suggest for our guests, who want to secure their early check-ins or late check-outs in advance, to make a reservation for the night before their arrival day for their early check-ins and for the night following to their check-out day for their late check-outs (Reservations of this type are chargeable). Our guests, who do not prefer this option, may leave their luggage in our baggage room and continue using our hotel services further.
• Beach towel card system is used in our hotel for our guests, who want to take pool and beach towels. Your towel cards is being delivered you on basis of one card per person at the reception desk during your check-in. With this card, you can take your beach and pool towel from the towel stand located in our hotel. Only one beach towel can be taken for each card.
• Hotel management has the right to make some changes and cancellations in service times and contents of these services under the condition, to inform thereof in the noticeboards before.
• Distances from our hotel to some central places are given approximately.
• Money currency in our country is the Turkish Lira. US Dollar and Euro is not accepted. For room prices other than the Turkish Lira, foreign currencies are being converted into the Turkish Lira at the exchange rates available and valid on your check-in date.
• Pets and domestic animals are not accepted in our hotel.
• This concept information is valid for the time interval between May 01 and September 30.
